Заголовок: Не снимается статус оккупированного города Библ, хотя война кончилась и он отошел мне по итогам войны. При повторной войне по итогам войны не предложили его передать.

Ожидаемое поведение: Снимается статус оккупированного и я могу выбирать, что строить, прирост населения.
