Description: Occasionally while in a battle, the enemy will not complete their turn, leading to the game soft-locking as I need to wait for them to take their turn in order for me to either take my battle turn or end the actual game turn. I'm not 100% sure what causes this but it only started happening when I was fighting against Hunnic Horde units & some of those units were embarked. In the attached save all you need to do is go to the battle that is the Siege of Paris, open the battle, and see that the AI is just continuously stuck on their turn. I've tried reloading saves, restarting the game, and loading previous saves with no luck. Briefly poking through the diagnostic files attached below, I see "OnUnitMove skipped for #0 due to empty workingPath result." spammed 10 times a second in the later files, I'm assuming the units path finding is just breaking either due to unique movement capabilities of the Hunnic Horde unit, or the embarking/disembarking mechanic in battles, or potentially the combination of the two.

Unfortunately, due to the seemingly specificity of the bug (the combination of Hunnic Horde units + embarking) & how relatively long it takes for that combination to happen, I haven't attempted to reproduce this from a fresh game. However to reproduce it in the saves I attached above, in the Bugged out combat.ctr save, simply go to the Siege of Paris battle & see that the Aztec Hunnic Horde units fail to do anything, and the AI fails to end its turn properly.
I had something similar happen. The cause was a little different though. I somehow got locked into combat without an opposing army in sight when i attempted to pillage a tile near the city. The battle never allowed me to deploy but remained in deployment phase and the phase description said something to the affect of " AI is thinking about what to do." It got locked there and I had to way to resolve the battle. Also the combat screen initiated without giving me the option to retreat/manual/auto. All in all a weird bug. As it was a multiplayer game we just reloaded and I didn't attempt to pillage again and we moved on.
I had a similar problem. A horde only with horses attacked a city. Unfortunatly, cavalry can not attack units behind fences. And so, the units are quite stucked, as not all units from AI moved. I triggered this event after I retreated from an enemy Attack into my city. The pursuite from AI finished with an attack of the city. But as said, some Units are stucked (maybe because other units block their path?). After I reload the game without the retreat and direct city attack from AI, the units begin to build rambocks/siege units and all was fine, as I attacked first.
I think the skip button for AI is missing in the case, units can't move or attack.
