Played a 5 player game with 5 AI and civic / tracking to unlock civic is only for host using all of our players stats it seems making the game unplayable in multiplayer.

Hosted multiple game using different speed with the same amount of player and one player getting disconnected for no only allways only one game did work (maibe server issue?).

Fix civic and server for now the game cant be played in multiplayers.
