Hi,

I still have a infinite loading screen..

I delete all users files / temporary files

i run the game in admin

i check all my driver

i check steam integrity folders

i reboot my pc

i have no more idee to unlock the situation.. :/

Could you send along the following as well:

An output log. These can be found here:

PC: This folder is hidden by default. You will need to reveal hidden folders (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/show-hidden-files-0320fe58-0117-fd59-6851-9b7f9840fdb2 ) then navigate to: Users\[username]\AppData\LocalLow\AMPLITUDE Studios\Humankind

Information about the system you are playing on. To get this information:

PC: From the Windows desktop, press the Windows and R keys to open the Run window. In the Open: field of the Run window, type dxdiag. Click OK or the Enter key to open the DirectX* Diagnostic Tool.

The folder : Player.log

The dxdiag : DxDiag.txt

One more information, i have Sonic Studio but i uninstall and still didnt work

I hope its what you want :)

Hey,

For some reason, your GPU driver is failling to load directX.

A patch (1.1.59) should be deployed very soon and will have a good chance to fix your issue.

If it doesn't, please let us know!
