Description: 

In this event "Excès de sagesse" (I don't know what is its original version translation, sorry!), a city name is missing and replaced by the chain {o}

Steps to Reproduce:

Encountering this event, I guess. I didn't have it on my previous game, thus I don't know how/when it happens.

Expected Behavior:

Replacing the chain {o} by the name of a city.
