[PC/Steam] Things breaking in excessive mega city

When building thousands of districts in a single city, some mechanics start to break down. Attached savegame is at ~6K districts


1. Mausoleum at Harlicarnassus causes negative science. This may have overflowed twice, for a while I had positive science again.


2. Buyout price on districts goes to 0


3. Districts are not displayed properly on the map. Some are just a grey field, on others you can still see the layout/roads but no buildings. I understand that this is likely a technical limitation, but I wish it could just make sure to always load the models "in view" and unload those not on screen for performance in such situations.

the log/diagnostics may contain entries from after the save, but they are still from the same game, but with more districts (I managed to forget to save after I filled the entire map)
