Title: [PC/Steam, V1.0.01.0059-S10] End turn impossible, game stuck

Description: Cannot end the turn because there is an AI's battle going on. After i have eliminated the light-green civilization early (on turn 6-7) and took his only city in a peace deal, the unit marked become untargatable and stood there for the rest of the game. After 45 turns the unit has been attacked by some carthaginians rebels and the game just stopped ending the turn so it was impossible to play.

Steps to Reproduce: 

1.Load auto-save 202.ctr 

2. you can immeadiatly see (after dismissing the notifications) that the AI is attacking each other and the end turn will not occur anymore

Expected Behavior: The game cannot proceed cause the turn will never end caused by a battle against a dead AI and another one
