Avatars / Personas selected into personal collection are not available in game. Also, I'm not sure if it is related or not but my avatar from game is in the My Persona on the site but the AI Persona settings (Archetypes, Strengths, Biases) are not there. It looks like it was transferred the first time and has not since been updated.

in the User file the player profile has the following entries: <PlayerProfileLastUpdate>637649765157196904</PlayerProfileLastUpdate>

If it is a unix time stamp it would be Sat Mar 17 1990 04:56:05 GMT+0000 which gives support to the idea that game is only transferring the data when you first log in and not updating the information.
