The Harappans' ability "Fertine Inundations" says
"+1 Food on Tile producing Food
+1 Food on River"

The way it is phrased, it should give +2 Food on a river with food. It only gives +1 though.

And since a river will always also produce food by default (I think?), the second line is redundant anyway, if intended to be one bonus only.
