Game crash bug when starting new game at 70% loading screen . Last couple of commands run constantly until the game crashes. Have tried everything besides messing with the AMD Radeon settings because there was a recent bug with that and the new windows update. This includes messing with the EOSSDK-Win64-Shipping.dll file. 

Processor AMD FX-9800P Radeon R7, Compute Cores 4C+8G 2.70 GHz, Installed Ram 16 Gb (15.5 usable), 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor, windows 10 home (2004), os Build 19041.1165,

same problem here since day one. did all the fixes, no epic game store ever installed, drivers up to date. no beta participation but deleted documents folder nontheless

Happening to me too, unity crash.

Steam Version, windows 10. Latest Humankind version.

Attempted to force Vulkan, delete documents file, verify integrity, update drivers & restart pc.

was not a beta participant, bought the game today.

the crash also kills my discord, my firefox session (crashes all the tabs) and my steam.

gets to 70% loading (to start a new campaign) before it hangs and a unity error pops up. Files included.

bump, still experiencing this

yesterday i reinstalled my graphics driver again on top of lowering my resolution from 1920x1080 to 1650x????(forgot) and the game actually loaded and i played through till the industrial age.

I then got another unity error.

I've since discovered Better Discord (or discord itself) seems to somehow interfere with the game, either that or the game has a memory leak and is drawing far more ram than it should, i was able to play the game as long as discord was closed ((its overlay was turned off anyway)), but now it won't load again with discord open or closed.

i meet the recommended requirements so its not my hardware
