When I was shown the tutorial tooltip for a mutinous city, it currently says "Thread carefully, as the City might..." when it should say "Tread carefully..."
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Have tutorial tooltips enabled (I put "I have played a historical strategy game before" when asked my level of experience in games like Humankind)
2. Get a city to be mutinous (I just conquered another city)
3. Tooltip should come up with the typo!
Expected behavior:
Tooltip should say "Tread carefully, as the City might..."
