I have also some buggy achievements.

As you can see on the following picture for one achivement the descriotion is missing.

It is the one when you take over a small culture.Screenshot 2021-08-21 155025.png

Also you see the Ruderer and Tycoon achievements.

As you can see on the following screenshot I went only on the islands that surround my starting continent and I doubt that you meant this with the Ruderer achievement.

Also I got the Tycoon achievement in the ancient ear when I as a Building culture switched two cities in the buidilng master state. I do not know if that is working as intended.

The achievements for getting 12 or 18 Era Stars of a single type in a single game also seem to be working incorrectly at the moment. I finished a game having received 15 scientist stars across all 6 eras, but I did not receive the "Nikola" achievement and the progress bar for the achievement is only at 5/12.

Agreed.  I've noted a few through the course of my first game.  I got From Zero to Hero and Pacesetter in the same game, for instance (I was the first to reach each era, so the second is valid, but ZtH is not).  I also got Talk to the Hand, The Meek Shall Inherit the Earth and Jack of All Trades in this game when I should not have.  I also gained Flawless, but I'm not sure if that was valid or not.
