More on that. Now I want to start a new game, And HK still proposes me that same lady as avatar... I don't see any option to change that or edit the avatar. Is that me or is there something I missed in that process? When I click on the + button all I can do is change the symbol or the colour... Where is the avatar interface?

I found the problem, it's Microsoft Anti virus who blocking user profil directory

I confirm in my first complete play-through, I had NO profile entry in the menu after a reload. I did not had it also starting new games, and only switching language made the profile button pop up.

Now that I have it, I regret I can't name it and store it to have in future games... or is this ability also unlocked playing?

It may be that, but I doubt in my case as I am playing under Linux/Proton.. Still an enigma ;-)
