multiplayer game either never load, or takes 20 minutes to load or have Desync all the time !!!!!!!!!!

no need, it's obvious and annoying !
Steps to Reproduce

just launch multiplayer with people from anywhere in the world, including crossplay or not
Expected Behavior

unplayable, or people have enough and just leave

FIX IT ASAP PLEASE OR PEOPLE WONT PLAY MULTI ANYMORE

here we go, another one, again and again, normal speed, 100-ish turns (and 1 resync), and turn doesn't finish, try to resync, game doesnt launch...

thank you for wasting hours and hours !!!!!

out of 20 games, I reached end game, and finished it only ONCE ! a SHAME !
