After destroying every other empire, going to mars, every star in the contemporary era, and completing the tech tree, I have had not won the game.

This was my first ever game so perhaps an error with the tutorial game setup.

The game final turn counter was infinite.

There was also a seige of an independant state beseiged by an AI player that was locked in battle with the same units and health since the classical era.

The whole file seems to have gone crazy because while an AI was still alive the soft bodies such as the hair of my leader and the skirt of the AI leader started flying around and around at super fast speeds. It was hard to capture with screenshots bc of how fast they were going but look at the hair of the leader on the left in the first:
