I've never talked to the Poles about slavery; I'm guessing the idea might be other tendencies in my civ attempting to influence them, and then I as god-empress get to say oh, wow, I really disagree with your interpretation of my rules-based international order here? But they should be doing that with civics I've actually adopted.
