It's turn 139 and I've gained enough followers to choose a tier 4 tenet for my religion. However, all bonuses seem to be already taken (tier 4) so I can't pick any. The problem is the game won't let me play because there is no end turn anymore and I HAVE TO pick a tenet, even though I can't.
