When conquering the blue AI player their final unit fled through the territory of some independent people. These final weak troops were no match for the independent people and were doomed to die horrible deaths. However, the battle was still going on when I killed the final units that were not involved in the battle. A few turns later the blue player was announced eliminated, but the battle between blue and the independent people had not resolved. When I went to inspect the ongoing battle I saw that all units in the battle except siege units were dead (hence the player being eliminated), but the AI seems to be stuck in an eternal battle with the independent people with only their siege units still alive and there is no way to attack, assimilate, or otherwise end the battle.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load any of the save files
2. Inspect the battle including the blue player (eliminated) going on between "Nok" (independent) and the blue player.
3. End the turn
4. Observe that the battle does not end or change
Expected Behavior:
1. The AI vs independent people battle progresses from turn to turn.
Saves (sorry these are from further on, I don't have one right before the bug)
