Description: I cam here to report bugs for Humankind, but I can't seem to find the Search button in these forums in order to track if the bug I'm about to report is a known issue, if there's already bug reports for it (that I could add to), etc. There's got to be a Search button somewhere but I'm missing it, may be a UX issue.

Expected Behavior: The Search button should be easily visible, so that we can search these forums and avoid duplicated work.
