Description: After researching "Seafaring Mastery"  3 armies of various size/composition failed to use the new boarding unit (cog) when ordered into the ocean. Figured it might be like civ and they needed to get back to a friendly city/territory first, did not fix. Newly produced units worked normally. Other units in different places across the map worked normally. Tried combining/breaking apart the armies and trying again, did not fix. Problem persisted past next tech (Three-masted ship/Caraval) and was finally resolved with Amphibious warfare tech. (Era Medieval-Contemporary, Cultures: Assyrians-Huns-Franks-Mughals-Italians-Soviets, map setting = default (second playthrough), single player. 


Attached: Images from end of the early modern era, showing on army working "normally", the other also embarking from owned territory using previous tech. 


Steps to reproduce: IDK I don't know when the issue happened, but I guess researching next "embarking" tech and then trying to push armies into the ocean.


Expected Behaviour: Once the tech is researched land units ordered into to cross oceans should turn into whatever the most advanced naval transport unit is.
