Hello,

I wasn't certain how to follow the format for multiple bugs but I have encountered the following so far while playing:

Disappearing Units

  • Description: On random occasions when moving units the models will disappear completely, and cannot be made to reappear until a reload occurs.
  • Steps to Reproduce: Unknown beyond moving units through tiles. This error existed in previous opendev as well
  • Expected Behavior: The unit should not be disappearing.

Internet Connection Lost
  • Description: When playing the game in either single or multiplayer, game can  quit back to main menu at random with the error "Internet connection lost".
  • Steps to Reproduce: Run a game, usually in a multiplayer setting, and continue moving through turns until it occurs.
  • Expected Behavior: Internet connection lost error should only be occurring when the connection is actually gone, and not affecting single player games.

Turn Timer Desynchronization
  • Description: When turn timers are enabled, desynchronization of a multiplayer game becomes much more frequent. This usually occurs when the timer runs out and automatically ends the turn.
  • Steps to Reproduce: Enable turn timers with multiple players. Including battle turn timers might be necessary  for reproduction.
  • Expected Behavior: Desynchronizations are common in most formats of strategy multiplayer games, and are expected to be improved over the game's lifespan. This, however, is an exceptional level of synchronization issues that arose when turn timers were enabled.

Turn Timer Cancelling Events
  • Description: When the turn timer automatically ends your turn, an event you have can be cancelled and unable to be interacted with. This occurred on the Neolithic legacy trait event.
  • Steps to Reproduce: 1. Enable turn timers // 2. Acquire legacy trait for neolithic era // 3. Let turn timer end turn automatically.
  • Expected Behavior: Events should, if a turn timer ends the turn, be rolled over into the next turn to allow for the player to interact with the event. If there is concern of a person delaying an event purposefully, then at the very least it should delay a turn timer further or, barring that, a choice should be made automatically by the game when none is selected and turn ends.
