Title: [PC/Steam] Cultural Blitz coverts a province to the enemy culture instead of my own half the time
Description: As Zhou, I would use my aesthete ability to culturally blitz provinces that my enemy (Maya) was influencing. However, when I'd click on a province, some of the time it would consume my money and not do anything, and some of the time it would actually say "Ok, in 10 turns the province will become Maya" which is literally backwards from how it should happen unless there's something I really don't understand about the game.
There may still be bugs happening in there for you, but if your culture/influence isn't strong enough to retain it after the flip, it'll immediately start converting back to the original culture.
