Hello,

Even when City is not besiged, but on territory of battle (area of reinforcements) I can't produce units, build districts or infrastructures and buyout them from window of screen, but when I change "queue" to "buyout" and pick buyout (specific money amount) on unit it was possible to get it as it is on print screens below. The unit is frozen, it is not added to battlefield, and I can't do anything with it, even choice it but, it is possible to use that unit when I pick button of idle units and than I can use this army freerly. The tile count as a tile that is occupied by reinforcements.
