While trying the achievement 'The Stars My Destination' I unlocked it before having the conditions met. Before the turn it happened a few of the ai had already 'won' by researching all techs but I just continued the game. The turn before this happened I think the 3rd ai researched the last tech and I just continued the game and saw the achievement was unlocked.
In the attachments you can find a save 2 turns before it happened as my autosaves from then got overwritten. I got the achievement turn 385.
