I run into this bug every single game I run, but I couldn't find a thread on it.

Very frequently, I'll get an event, a civic unlock, or just the narrator saying something that didn't actually happened or is completely nonsensical.

For example, today I produced an archer, and the narrator congratulated me on building my first ship. I had no ships.

Got this randomly a few games ago (for clarity, I was playing as the Chinese)

Twice now I was given Foreign Customs when I shouldn't have gotten it:

The first time it randomly triggered saying I took a city from someone I was never at war with, and where they still controlled the city.

Today, it triggered for a city I hadn't even discovered yet, from "unknown empire", still saying I conquered it.

And last but not least, the most common aspect of the glitch is the game saying something like "wow you have 10 farmer's quarters in one city" when I maybe have 10 across my entire empire at best. In general that narration seems to look at empire-wide construction and trigger as though your empire is 1 city.

Not sure if save files would help in this case unless I catch the exact turn it happens on next time.
