So on a recent game I have had aerodromes created but not having spawn locations. Certain cities need 2 aerodromes to open up a spawn location, one location doesn't work even with multiple aerodromes attached, and some spawns aren't showing up even though i can make planes. Seems to be most cities but the cities I am focusing on are babylon and sidon.

This is the first aerodrome I built in the city of sidon. As you can see the plane is saying no spawn location

I then tested by doing a buyout in this location and still it didn't work.

So I then did a buyout of this aerodrome after making the airport and I can now select it and make planes.

Checked on the previous location I recently bought out and it is now working correctly after having two aerodromes

Though the first location is still not a selectable location.

I also did a buyout at babylon to see if it would work.

The location I selected was not a viable spawn location

The second location is viable but it does not have a icon to select it as a location, though the planes will spawn at that location.

Yes, sidon is a captured city. Though Babylon is my original city.
