I play the Zhou Dynasty, pink AI play Japan, brown AI play Nigeria, purple AI play Swahili, and the yellow AI play Ethiopia.

So why Japan can have 10 units in the same cell, I make sure pink never used Rome, and there are only 5 units in the unit details page.

Is this a bug or just I don't know somethings? Someone can tell me why is this happening.

My only guess is that maybe there's some planes on that Carrier and they got displayed weird?

I saw your idea, so I planned to go up and fight to see if there were any planes, but they became like this......

oh perhaps because the nuclear submarine is hidden, it is not displayed in the details page. Now it has become the correct 8

So it's stealth units working funky, then?

No idea about the artillery, tho, this is weird, never seen it bug out this much. At this point it would be a good idea to make a bug report and provide the save to the devs.

Hola!
I think there were some bugs around it, specially when comparing the 10 units, displaying only 5, and on the following you can see those 8 units. So let´s move the thread to bug report and I am going to ask you for the save files and diagnostic, so the team can take a look at it,

  • Saves: Please provide the last two auto-saves from when the issue occurred along with any other relevant saves.
    • PC: \Users\[username]\Documents\Humankind\Save Files
    • Mac: This is hidden in the Libraries folder. You will need to do an internet search to find specific steps for your OS. Once the libraries folder is revealed, they are in /library/ application support/humankind/Save Files

  • Diagnostic files: These files need to be compressed as a zip or rar file or the upload will fail! Located by default:
    • PC:\Users\[username]\Documents\Humankind\Temporary Files
    • Mac: Select the correct file by looking at the name like "Diagnostics - 2020'10'11 @1407'46''" that gives you the date and hour which should correspond to a save file
