This morning I did the relevant actions in my rewards to unlock the Amplified 2022 and Great Zimbabwe but they are still showing as can't turn on because not owned in the game menu.

Yep. And disconnected and reconnected a few times. Tripe-checked it's the same account and that the content says installed on the webpage.

Tried reinstalling last night and didn't make a difference.
