What are the exact conditions to meet to obtain the "From Zero to Hero" achievement? Is is last / first to

* pick a culture

* have enough stars to pick a culture (even with waiting to do so)

* fame score

And does being last from Neolithic to Ancient Era to being first from Ancient to Classical Era count, or must it be between later eras?

Has anybody been able to unlock it since it has been fixed in november in the Fabius Maximus patch? "Fixed an issue where mutually exclusive "From zero to hero" and "Pacesetter" achievements can be obtained in the same session. "

I tried not gaining any Neolithic star before my opponent has picked a culture (but I discovered a wonder so was first in fame), then be first to have enough stars and changing culture to the Classical era, without unlocking it.

If this achievement is working properly and not bugged, being the last empire to advance from Neolithic into Ancient Era and the first one into Classical Era unlocked this achievement for me.
