Apparently after Vitruvian update placement tooltip for Jama Masjid is also plagued with the same issue that affects Bandari. Tooltips used to show total amount of net gain and loss in all exploitation types but now, just like it is the case for Bandari, special bonus for Jama Masjid (+3 industry per worker) is not included in the total gain shown. It instead shows total industry from all other benefits of Jama Mascid as a Makers Quarter. Another minor annoyance stems from how info panel lists this special bonus under Adjacent Tiles section which should only include adjacency bonuses.
