I bought the Cultures of Africa Pack and the Digital Deluxe bonus yesterday. I played normally, but today when I tried to load my game the continue button was greyed out, it said the game had missing or disabled components. I went to content management and it said that I don't own the DLCs. I closed the game and repaired it through the Xbox app for windows 10. Now sometimes the content works and sometimes it doesn't. While I was figuring out how to fix it I created an account on games2gether to get the amplified and the great Zimbabwe wonder, I subscribed to the newsletter and claimed the codes to redeem them. But when I try to do so, I get the message: "Cannot be done as this content is not owned".
