Endless achievement popup cycle

As soon as I start or load a game since about 5 days ago, all the in-game achievements I've unlocked are displayed on the left side of the screen.
A part of the list is shown, then it disappears, then the next part is shown, and once all the achievements have been cycled through it begins anew.
I play through EGS, validation of the files didn't help, neither did reinstalling it.

i have the same bug. Game is unplayable since then.

Was the bug present since the begining ? or did it appear after one of the updates ?

Hi. The bug wasn't present until about 20-22 of May. I sadly didn't log the exact time because at the time I thought that was a problem with game files or the server.

Imagine for close than a week your players are unable to play your game and now we see someone commenting on it from the dev team, saying he'll look into it, this is shameful, I've seen worse paid devs with less time on their hands caring more about their project

We've developed a fix for this issue that will be released with the Bolivar Update.

However, since this heavily affects your ability to play, we're looking into another fix we would be able to release sooner than this. We'll let you know if this is possible as soon as we know.

Thanks for reporting the issue, it was tricky to pin down

Hes not alone with this bug, just came home from vacation looking forward to play this.
Great having an event running, but these bugs with game loading on the second screen, and these constant popping achievements..
Guess this weekend belongs to Civ :(

Shouldn't be a matter of, if possible, u already stated u have a fix.
Quite a chunk of ur playerbase already stated, the game is unplayable in current state.

Whats the hold up ?

It's been more than a week, since people first reported this, now fix it already... Jesus
