Have you tried to disconnect and reconnect in game ?

How do I disconnect in game? Cant see any option to do that

This same thing happened to me - my decorations earned during the DaVinci event disappeared after Bolivar update. After finding this thread I checked to see if I was signed in to my G2G account and it turns out I no longer was. Once I signed in again I was able to see my decorations.

You can check if you're signed in by going to the "Mods" main menu option. On the left panel in between "Encyclopedia" and "< Main Menu" it should have an option that either says "Disconnect from G2G" (if you are signed in) or "Connect to G2G" (if you are not signed in).
