Game gets stuck in initial loading screen when launching. This happened after I applied some new mods and attempted to start a game. Attempting to start a new game lead to an error, after which I tried restarting the game. Now the game game gets stuck in the initial loading screen and never finishes even after the progress bar is full.

I have tried reinstalling and verifying my game files. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
