The game launches normally through steam.  Whether i let the opening cinematic run or skip it once it gets to the initial loading splash screen it runs the loading bar across teh bottom of the screen, the music changes and then it does nothing further.  The cursor turn from hour glass to pointer and that's it.  The cursor isn't frozen but the game menu never load past this point (see screenshot attached)

At this point all i can do is kill the game from teh task bar/through steam/through task manger.

I'm launching through steam and have validated local files with no resolution

I have uninstalled and reinstalled.

I have uninstalled rebooted and reinstalled.

I have installed on a different drive

I have manually deleted teh local files and redownloaded.

I have turned off audio and Razer software with no change

I have tested running everything as an administrator with no effect

The game did work normally up until a few hours ago after I tried to update and apply a few mods through the in game mod manage
