The Dutch Unique Unit is not behaving as I would expect. It says that it gains additional movement if "starting" it's turn in friendly territory. This does, indeed, happen, but as soon as the unit moves out of friendly territory, it immediately loses the bonus movement, making the ability mostly useless (it only benefits you if your entire move is within friendly territory).
This unit in the above image started it's turn just to the right of the black ship. I expected it to travel all the way to it's current destination. Indeed, when I hovered over I got a white trail indicating that my unit would make it to the destination this turn. However, the instant it moved out of my territory, the white trail ended in it's current position, and the rest of the move was queued up for a future turn.
Expected behavior:
Fluyt starting in friendly territory gets *and keeps* bonus movement points regardless of where it moves.
Observed behavior: Fluyt only keeps bonus if move is entirely through friendly territory.
The text needs to be updated to reflect the actual bonus or the bonus needs to apply regardless of where the unit moves, as the text implies.
My opinion is that this is a fairly weak unit if it only gets the bonus while moving through friendly territory. It seems to be designed around colonizing the new world, but it's bonus doesn't actually help with that at all.
