[INV][Bolivar hotfix 1] Several issues

- It is easy to have a unit to claim "idle unit" prompt preventing ending the turn even if the unit is exhausted by having it moved, attacking another unit
- Trading has issues of not being able to open in the long list of tradeable items the menus
- Trading presents option to purchase an item but it does not do anything even if you accept it. This seems to be the resold resources.
- Ransacking outpost action is not applied successfully but returns to idle unit status of needing to choose move etc. This I think has been issues for many versions I've played with.

Newly introduced reinforcements by AI remain in "ghost format"

Not necessarily a bug but I don't understand this "You already own a trade license for this resource deposit"... it is not "purchased" by me .. is that my own they purchase from me? Why would it be listed as trade option then?

For the last one, it may be that you purchased it form a player with a merchant affinity who also bought it.

Unit elsewhere on the map cannot be moved (nothing happens even if you choose movement) if there is a battle on-going.

"Other empire cannot trade when not allied" .. I don't know if this is a bug but it is not clear to me at least why they cannot ttade.

For the last one, it's probably Isolationism, it enforces trade only with allies and blocks outside influence, iirc.

Minor nuisance but I already selected this tile for common quarters district.. it suggests it for the next common quarters in the queue also.

Not a bug perhaps but clearly needing improvement: I frankly don't know what is going on here... it is probably telling me I will over time have 161% stability but currently having 30% .. I don't know how I got to 30%, is that explained somehow?

Why is "surplus" reported separately? Why not just show 161% / 100% in the main information row?

The most common reason for a big stability drop is suspended trade that previously granted access to a lot of luxury resources (access to each luxury unit gives +4 stability). Also if you have free arts civic ongoing your stability drops at 1.5 speed.

Ransack outpost does not do anything. I'm allied with them so that is likely the reason but the game does not tell me anything.

A very minor one but can be a telltale of AI issue- my ally wants to strike here .. to a province I've taken from independent people several rounds ago.

By any chance do you have a save, and your diagnostics logs for the following issues:

  1. Unit elsewhere on the map cannot be moved if there is a battle on-going.
  2. Already selected this tile for common quarters district.. it suggests it for the next common quarters in the queue also.
  3. Demand does not convert to demands list no matter how many times clicked.
  4. Newly introduced reinforcements by AI remain in "ghost format"

- Your saves are by default located:

o PC: \Users\[username]\Documents\Humankind\Save Files

o Mac: This is hidden in the Libraries folder. You will need to do an internet search to find specific steps for your OS. Once the libraries folder is revealed, they are in /library/ application support/humankind/Save Files


- Your diagnostics logs are by default located:

o PC: \Users\[username]\Documents\Humankind\Temporary Files

o Mac: This is hidden in the Libraries folder. You will need to do an internet search to find specific steps for your OS. Once the libraries folder is revealed, they are in user/library/ application support/humankind/Temporary Files


We have known issue on our side regarding your reports on the Alchemist infrastructure and the Ransack ally outpost.
Finally, regarding your issue on the Crisis menu, it is as design now since this screen should always be accessible to be able to check the stored war score whith an Empire.
