Stuck in combat, enemy wont finish round.  Maybe they can't use reinforcements because they used artillery on top of reinforcement spawn point.  I have all the latest DLC and tell steam to auto-update. 

CS/QA; let me know if you want more information/files... or want me to try something -- if you think it would be useful.  I had bugs like this a year ago. I thought it might be fixed by now.  I have tried saving and reloading. I have tried waiting for 5 minutes. No luck.  At turn 278 and I am just tired of it.  I am not going to load a save from a few turns back and hope it doesn't get stuck this time.
