Hello!

While checking the saves you've provided, we noticed you're using 4 mods (Culture Super Pack, Extended Naval Combat, Reduced Strategic Resources and Compatibility: Super Pack & Extended Naval Combat for Humankind) and some of them are older versions of those mods that could have cause the issue. 

Don't hesitate to come back to us if you do also reproduce the issue with the latest version of the mods or in a save without using mods, in the meantime we will investigate futher for a solution using the files you've provided.

Well, thanks... But why the heck aren't the mods being updated automatically if you've incorporated the download & activation of them into the game? 

I think it should at least say that we'll have to check for updates ourselves.

It's funny how the game ran perfectly fine even with the then already outdated 'Reduced Strategic Resources' mod but now since the release of those pointless Culture DLC updates everything's apparently fucked. Now that I've updated the other three mods I can't even get past turn one. Yes that obviously means one or the combination of the mods is causing the issue, but they had no issues before your updates. And to me there's no point in playing this game without the mods that improve and add to it... I might try and get a (very late) refund from steam. The game was a bit of a let down to begin with, with all the issues on release, the wacky balance, the insane research speed and the lack of content. Now you've at least released some content but it broke mods that did the same or otherwise improved the game.
