As the title suggests i am stuck on a light blue screen with extreme loading times. I got this game through gamepass and it seems a bunch of people on reddit who did as well have the same issue. Performance stats from task manager suggest everything is normal performance-wise. CPU workload is no more than 65%, RAM doesnt even hit 40% usage and everything else is normal. As previously mentioned, I and a lot of gamepass users on reddit have this issue. The only difference between their issue and mine is that their game loads after about 20 minutes but my game has yet to load... i have been sitting on this light blue screen for more than a half hour. I do have audio and the game is responding [I can take it in&out of fullscreen using Alt-Enter (which wouldn't work if it wasn't responding)].

Specs:

CPU - Intel core i5-3470

RAM - 16gb

GPU - Nvidia Geforce 210 afterburner (I am broke rn)

Update:

I restarted the game and now the Sega logo's S and A letters flip between upside down and rightside up

Question:

Does anyone know if the game is DirectX 11 or 12 by default. Is there a way to force it to be DirectX 11?
