In the below screenshot, the city walls on the Southeast corner of the city centre of Byblos slope up with the hill. This is a really neat effect, it makes sense, and it's attractive. Unfortunately, if we look closer we see that walls aren't actually built taller, just higher, leaving gaps under them.
Could angled walls be taller and clip deep into the ground to ensure that even in weird situations like this, they remain intact?
