Hi,

Since the bolivar update, my game does not start anymore. 

I can reach the main menu of the game, then when I click on "new game", it loads ~30% then stops loading forever and crash to desktop.

Windows7 family; intel i7 4770k; geForce GTX 650 Ti (driver updated).

I hope you can do something, I cannot play anymore :(
