Hello,

I noticed that when using the "offer outpost" on an independent people, the screen centers on a specific outpost, but if I want to scroll to a different one the screen reverts back immediately to the first one, meaning that I have only a fraction of a second to click on the "give" button before some invisible spring pulls me back to the initial location. 

Not too bothering since "give outpost" does not have a clear use right now, but could become more of a problem if there is more emphasis on IPs in the future... who knows, in a future Diplo DLC ?
