Why can I not attack? The range of the armor is 4 and the unit has visibility of 4. There is no fog or something like this. Why it doesn't work?

Hey, thats indeed a bug, it shouldn't happening after we updated the LoS.
I will move the thread to bug section and I would like to ask you if you could share the save + diagnostic file to the team can take a look at it
