Title:
PC / xbox gamepass v1.15.2767.0

Description:
I was at war with another civ, I had 5 units in areas I had captured when I forced a surrender from them. Those 5 units were now trespassing in enemy territory, three of them were able to move out of enemy territory, two were stuck in a single square hexagon of my colour. These two armies (which were in different territories far apart) could not move without declaring war again.

I tried to
Get an open border agreement, still could not move
declare war at which point my army got immediately attacked and could only spawn on that one square and could not move again and got destroyed one unit at a time
have war declared on me with the same as above

The unit still uses health as its trespassing, it still  costs me war score when killed, it still costs upkeep... also as it is trespassing it can't be stationed, so needs to be skipped every turn... more then a little annoying... only fix was to reload an autosave and move the unit out of the territory before forcing surrender.

Autosave 916 and 913 of last two turns of this bug

Steps to reproduce

Have several units in territory you control which will return to the other civ after the war ends.

Expected behaviour

All units should be able to leave the territory when trespassing
