Title: [PC/Steam, current version] Impossible for others players to continue a game if the host leave

Description: I have the Pre-purchase version (see screen). Three other players do not have it. We play a multiplayer game. I lose the game. I click on "Defeat" in the menu. I see the stats screen. When I click on Main Menu, the game is closed and the players are booted. Normally, I should be able to host a game, surrender and then leave the others players continue it without me. This is currently impossible. This is a big problem for multiplayer.

Steps to Reproduce: 

Expected Behavior: If the host player leaves a game another player should automatically become host and I should ignore if he has all the extensions.
