After war, my units cannot pass AI territory, even after open border treaty

After war is over, my unit is stuck in enemy territory.

On every try to move, it says I have to declare war.

So I made open border treaty.

But same thing happens.

On every turn, combat happens and I have to either fight again or retreat to here and there, just to repeat same situation in the next turn again.

I can never think this is intentional.

Please fix this ridiculous and stupid bug. (Or, at least, please make it possible to disband my units anywhere)

EDIT) Somebody says, I can escape if I select neutral territory but it does not work. It seems, any unit in an enemy city is automatically recognized as at war. The unit of problem is in the city of Byblos. (save game attached)

In this case it looks like you're encircled by (former) enemy city, and yeah, this is an unfortunate situation to be in.  It would be nice if, after a war ends, both parties have 2-3 turns to get their units out of one another's territories, are not allowed to attack one another, and can pass through cities and other fortified tiles.

Hi there,

In this case this is not a bug. You have received a correct information that you can escape if you select your Unit to go to a neutral territory. In your case it is unpleasant that you don't have enough neutral territories to escape.
