Hello!

I have a interresting issue. So in the neolitic areaI killed all of the AI units, but after the next turn the game is spawning back the AI units, and with so i can't kill the enemy civilization. Is this somme kind of bug, or sommething else? In the beginning of the game,  by the victory conditions menu i take out that victory condition where i can win when i vazalize all civilization. 

You can't wipe a neolithic player, they'll always get a new tribe out of the wild.
