Me and my Partner are also expierncing this bug - we've attempted alot of the traditional fixes short of a fresh install and had no luck. Is it a server issue? 

Tried it on the same network, same issue. Just gave it another try. Any updates on this?

So sorry to hear that . In order for us to fully investigate this issue we need the following from both players in the games :

• Your diagnostics logs. These are time stamped, and any time you close and relaunch the game, new ones are started. Please grab all diagnostics logs related to the session you were playing where the issue occurred. These are by default located:
  1. PC: \Users\[username]\Documents\Humankind\Temporary Files
  2. Mac: This is hidden in the Libraries folder. You will need to do an internet search to find specific steps for your OS. Once the libraries folder is revealed, they are in user/library/ application support/humankind/Temporary Files 
• An output log. These can be found here:
  1. PC: This folder is hidden by default. You will need to reveal hidden folders  (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/show-hidden-files-0320fe58-0117-fd59-6851-9b7f9840fdb2 )  then navigate to: Users\[username]\AppData\LocalLow\AMPLITUDE Studios\Humankind
  2. Mac: This is hidden in the Libraries folder. You will need to do an internet search to find specific steps for your OS. Once the libraries folder is revealed, they are in user/library/logs/amplitude studios/humankind

Me and my friend are also experiencing this bug when we tried to do a multiplayer game, on the new update. Where do I send the diagnostics logs? 

Been having this problem with my friend horatio69 here, should we gather the logs and then put them on this thread for you guys?

Alright. Even wiping my whole system and setting it completly up new, it still doesn't work, which leades me to the conclution, that my PC / my Programm is not the problem at all. 

Could you please try to fix this? I even gifted a few of my friends the DLC, and we can't play, which is hugely dissapointing.

We tried again today, after the update. It still doesn't work. This is really frustrating, why can't we play together??

I understand that you guys know about it, but any information as to when I can play the game again would be greatly apreciated. I only play with people at the moment.

Hi, me and my friends still have the problem. even when i set up a multiplayer game without any other human players, i get stuck in the loading screen.
