Together We Rule - content not owned?

Hello,

Today I have bought a Together We Rule DLC/Expansion and it says I do not own it. I have tried to:

1) Verify game files - did not help.

2) Reinstall the game - did not help.

3) Re-link Epic Games account (I have got the game there) - did not help.

4) Re-login in game with G2G account  - did not help.

5) Restart the PC - did not help. 

6) Look up solution on the forum - did not help.

    But I did find that there was this issue long time a go for some people, and it was fixed by your patch (at least for some people it worked).

7) Try to check it I can purchase it via the menu in game itself. There I got a banner with a generic error and my account was not linked. It asked me to prove a user login, but when I entered it - it says that user login is invalid. So I think the issue might me somewhere here.

8) Create this request - results pending.


Please assist me with this issue.

We're sorry you've encounter issues. 

In order for us to fully investigate this issue we need the following:

- Any save created prior the purchase of Together we Rule. Your saves are by default located:

o PC: \Users\[username]\Documents\Humankind\Save Files

o Mac: This is hidden in the Libraries folder. You will need to do an internet search to find specific steps for your OS. Once the libraries folder is revealed, they are in /library/ application support/humankind/Save Files


- Your User folder which is by default located:

o PC: \Users\[username]\Documents\Humankind\Users

o Mac: This is hidden in the Libraries folder. You will need to do an internet search to find specific steps for your OS. Once the libraries folder is revealed, they are in /library/ application support/humankind/Users


- Your diagnostics logs. These are time stamped, and any time you close and relaunch the game, new ones are started. Please grab all diagnostics logs created after the purchase of Together we Rule. These are by default located:

o PC: \Users\[username]\Documents\Humankind\Temporary Files

o Mac: This is hidden in the Libraries folder. You will need to do an internet search to find specific steps for your OS. Once the libraries folder is revealed, they are in user/library/ application support/humankind/Temporary Files

I am trying to upload files, but getting an error "Something went wrong. Please try again." :D Tried it here and in a private message to you.


So I have uploaded the files to Google Drive and will send the link to you in a private message.

Thanks for all the bug report, as requested to Exelentee, could you please also upload the files mentionned in my post above? If possible, you can gather them all in one .zip, .rar or .7z compressed file and upload it directly in this post.

i tried to send requested files over here but i get an error message. maybe im doing something wrong. Is there an email or something to use or anything else? i really want to play this and, up until now, i've been able to play only with a friend that has his expansion that works. But i also want to do some single player :'(

I was just contacted by Sega support. They have resolved the issue. I am testing it now, and it works so far.

UPDATE

IT WORKS.

RANDOMLY, BUT IT WORKS.

It takes like aegis to load up a game, but it works ^^''
